Purpose and scope

Defines a program charter for a future pulse-aware local simulator. Studying envelope shape and pulse overlap is different from accepting arbitrary waveforms and claiming device accuracy.

Core design rules

  • Pulse program, control model and binding plan are distinct immutable artifacts.
  • Exact versions, bounded data, ordering and numerical-method decisions must be frozen before implementation.
  • The initial numerical method and acceptance conditions require specialist review; this revision reserves names and decision boundaries.

Example from the original

This example illustrates the design recorded in the original. It is not by itself a claim of executable or stable support; check required options and the current version.

The original does not provide a short source example for this topic. Read its detailed data contracts, evaluation rules and review gates in the original-document view.

Limits and interpretation

  • Revision 1 creates no executable grammar.
  • Hardware upload, live provider access, automatic calibration and arbitrary waveforms are excluded.

Status and implementation boundary

The recorded status is proposed program charter. Do not present it as an available simulator without an implementable revision and an approved numerical method.
