Know what is stable before you depend on it
Review product version, capability status, open release gates, dependencies, evidence sources, known limits, and the exact boundary between local checks and external promotion evidence.
Capability and Release Center
This center is projected from the checked-in version manifest and capability stability registry. It does not infer a release from a passing local build.
Promotion reports are review inputs only. They do not mutate the manifest, approve a release, create missing G3/G11 evidence, or promote experimental work directly to stable.

Release history
Manifest history and the latest per-capability review date (2026-09-24) are shown separately from CI or operational promotion evidence.
v0.2.02026-09-26PreviewPreviewCoordinated 0.2.0 preview for the expanded language, numerical library, training workflows and toolchain. New sessions use the default language profile; saved feature choices and supported 0.1.0 artifacts remain readable. Capability statuses and artifact format versions are unchanged.
v0.1.02026-07-15ExperimentalPreviewPromoted the overall N/M product label to preview after the stable parser/statevector core, usable workspace spine, version-aligned tooling, and gate-transparent capability matrix were verified; experimental N/M 0.2 capabilities remain explicit opt-ins.
Strict G3/G11 evidence evaluator
The bounded evidence reader and recomputation tools are downloaded only when you choose to inspect an exact candidate.
Capability contracts and promotion gates
Expand any capability to inspect its contract version, owner, surfaces, dependencies, limitations, G1-G12 gate states, and evidence references.
Showing 58 of 58 capabilities.
Exact-candidate G3 evidence
The automated matrix stays open until 5 frozen suites produce all 12 Node shards, 4 Python shards, plus 1 production Chromium shard in one workflow run and attempt for one repository and commit. It accounts for 53 capabilities without converting a local run into remote evidence.
Separate hardware/provider evidence remains explicit: hardwareExecution.
Trust boundary: The JSON is not a cryptographic signature and does not replace retained GitHub run artifacts or real hardware/provider operations evidence.
The machine-readable promotion evaluator applies preview-to-stable-only, checks dependency closure, and only proposes candidates. It never edits the manifest or approves a release.
Reviewed production G11 evidence
The compact operational contract binds 6 reviewed production suites to one repository and candidate SHA, covering 7 capabilities without retaining raw events in the readiness report.
Capabilities without sufficient shared operational coverage remain on explicit evidence tracks: hardwareExecution.
Trust boundary: The JSON is not a signature, anonymous event counts do not prove distinct users, it does not replace each retained privacy-reviewed source export, and it cannot cover hardware without its separate provider evidence track.

Why this is not more stable
- Versions other than 0.1 are rejected until an explicit lossless migrator is published.
- Operational promotion needs a retained strict production event export with 100 correlated started/result sessions observed over 14 days; the privacy-minimized aggregate evaluator exists but a real reviewed window has not completed.
- FNV-1a fingerprints are reproducibility identifiers, not authentication.

Why this is not more stable
- The local target × gate conformance and lowering performance ratchet are complete and configured on Windows/Linux Node 20/22; remote matrix evidence for the current candidate remains open.
- Amplitude equivalence is bounded to pure unitary programs with at most five qubits; non-unitary programs and explicit verify:false requests remain visibly skipped.
- Sixteen non-Clifford browser-stabilizer combinations intentionally fail closed in contract 0.1.

Why this is not more stable
- The local maximum-bound placement ratchet is complete and configured on Windows/Linux Node 20/22; remote conformance evidence for the current candidate remains open.
- The 0.1 quality score is a declared-error heuristic; calibration freshness, crosstalk, provider availability, and hardware fidelity remain outside the contract.

Why this is not more stable
- The local 100,000-operation scheduling ratchet is complete and configured on Windows/Linux Node 20/22; remote conformance evidence for the current candidate remains open.
- The static ASAP carrier does not model pulse shaping, crosstalk, dynamic branch probability, provider queues, control-electronics latency, or wall-clock hardware execution.

Why this is not more stable
- The provider-neutral atomicity, restart-persistence, lease-recovery, cleanup, and rollback conformance contract is complete; the local adapter is still in-memory and a real durable production store/provider must run it.
- The preview browser cookie is an anonymous tenant boundary, not account-grade authorization.
- Remote-browser conformance and the 14-day / 100-submission operational window remain open.

Why this is not more stable
- The local packed-binary fixture is complete with 35 cases; packed version/check p95 is 169.51/558.03 ms within the frozen startup budgets. Remote Windows/Linux Node 20/22 evidence for the exact release candidate remains open.
- Runtime execution timing remains explicitly volatile and is excluded from byte equality.

Why this is not more stable
- Contract 0.1 has deterministic local and server-only Anthropic providers, a bounded server timeout, explicit token pricing, request and atomic durable daily cost enforcement, and disclosed local fallback; live-provider smoke evidence remains open.
- The shared client and production browser E2E cover timeout, cancellation with late-settlement isolation, 429, 503, malformed JSON, network failure, contract drift, source copy, bounded local history, and privacy-minimized durable feedback. A fail-closed weekly operations report now aggregates p50/p95, verified/timeout rates, daily cost, and reviewed feedback without retaining event or request identifiers; a real production export and review remain open.

Why this is not more stable
- Contract 0.2 adds bounded conversation and workspace context, compile-only suggestion checks, client-reported run summaries, and server-configured OpenRouter alongside Anthropic and local rules. Version 0.1 archives remain readable. Citation checks do not prove scientific correctness; live-provider and production evidence remain separate.

Why this is not more stable
- Only format 0.1 is accepted; legacy pre-integrity documents require an explicit lossless migration and future versions fail closed.
- Bundled registry entries remain unsigned and UNLICENSED pending an owner license decision; production publication also requires a durable registry adapter.
- The local maximum-carrier reader/migration ratchet is complete and configured on Windows/Linux Node 20/22; remote matrix evidence for the current candidate remains open.

Why this is not more stable
- The local official-parser and maximum-carrier performance gates are complete and configured on Windows/Linux Node 20/22; remote matrix evidence for the current candidate remains open.
- The strict contract intentionally excludes pulse calibration, defcal, timing, dynamic loops, and arbitrary classical computation.
- The official external parser proves syntax conformance only; provider semantic and hardware acceptance remain outside the contract.
